As an avid fitness enthusiast and health coach, I want to help women through every stage of their bodies' wellness journey. Going through menopause personally and working with clients throughout this period, I have intimate knowledge of symptom causes and alleviations. Through the assistance of holistic and traditional physicians, I can successfully navigate a more healthful and enjoyable path through this change.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle.
